Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a copy editor/technical writer on a contract basis. This is a 4-6 week assignment but there is potential to grow into a longer term position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Researching, analyzes and verifying information to be included in brochures, whitepapers, website, press releases other written materials
- Composes written matter relating to external or internal company publications
- Improve and maintain existing marketing materials and iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and suggestions
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, complete and adhere to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format and style
- Work effectively with a broad range of individuals within the company
- Interact with Sales and Marketing to ensure proper and timely creation of materials

Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

Job Duties:
- Prepare & render client/reinsurer statements where necessary for collection/settlement of account due
- Create payment requests in conjunction with the balance agreed upon by client / reinsurer.
- Post and allocate client/reinsurer cash receipts and payments
- Liaise closely with Fiduciary Accounting technicians to ensure claims / premiums are rendered on the statements correctly.
- Liaise closely with Fiduciary Accounting technicians ensuring settlement of reinsurers balances paid via statement is forward to clients.

- File & maintain records according to departmental standards

Requirements:

Description
Assists in the design of centrifugal pumps, components, and equipment. Prepares complex design studies, calculations, drawings, Bills of Materials, and other engineering documents in accordance with customer requirements and department policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepares engineering drawings using CAD, Bills of Materials and engineering specifications to enable the
complete manufacturing of pump products.
• Performs designs and layouts of engineered-to-order pump components, assemblies, and equipment.
• Reads and interprets drawings, specifications, procedures and related materials.
• Reviews FOP’s, customer orders, and specifications.

• Participates in administrative functions of the department, including order and design review meetings.

Role Purpose
The role holder will be responsible for being an integral member of US Facilities Management Team by supporting the office and facilities operations in companies growing Houston office. Responsibilities will include working in our mailroom/production room, taking inventory and restocking of supplies, assisting with meeting room and workstation set ups, monitoring and responding to tickets generated through the Houston Facilities Mailbox. Additional tasks may include assisting other internal business support departments when required.
General Facilities

- Liaise with Building Engineers on maintenance calls within the Suites – i.e. light bulbs, HVAC calls, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
